Landlord Ghulam Mustafa alias Nomi over a petty dispute with the father of 10-year Tabassum Shahzad, chopped off the arms of the child.

Aziz Bhatti hospital after the news telecast by ARY News immediately shifted the child to the intensive care unit of the hospital.

The police had earlier registered attempt to murder case against the accused landlord. But afterwards charges of terrorism were also applied in the case.

Ghulam Mustafa Nomi allegedly beat up the boy and chopped off his arms following a dispute between the victim’s father in Chak Bhawala of Gujrat on July 15.

As the news spread, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the incident and ordered a report from top police officials.

Police then filed a case against Mustafa on the charge of attempted murder and later terrorism clauses were also included in the FIR.
