LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that he will turn the day and night into one in making Punjab as a model province for Pakistan, ARY News reports on Monday.
Shahbaz Sharif met Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar at Governor’s House here in Lahore. He also held discussions with Governor Punjab on welfare projects in the province.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the provincial government has re- directed the resources for the welfare of the people. He added that the billion rupee projects are being completed at a rapid pace.
He further added that backward areas are being given special attention in the path of development.
“We will turn day and night into one to make Punjab a model province”, Sharif said.
CM Punjab, while calling the tour of China as his most successful yet, said that the economic and trade relations have improved.
Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar appreciated the performance of Punjab Government under the leadership of Shahbaz Sharif.
