LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) adjourned the hearing of the Sharif Family Case till 29th March, 2014 on Tuesday (today), ARY News reports.
Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court heard the case today.
Lawyer representing the Bank told the petition was filed on the defaulting of Ittefaq Foundries.
Sharif Family’s lawyer stated his stance that all the assets of Ittefaq Foundries has been handed over to the bank. The value of the assets exceeds the amount defaulted by the foundry. The lawyer pleaded the court to label the petition as “ineffective”.
The court ordered that the issue should be solved between the Bank and Ittefaq Foundries. The bidding price will be the selling price of the foundries.
