KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has announced its verdict in the petition filed by former President and Army Chief of Pakistan General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf to remove his name from the Exit Control List (ECL) here on Monday, ARY News reports.
The court has ordered the former President to sought with the Federal Government over the issue as it not had placed Musharraf's name in the list. It was further stated in the verdict that the petitioner had only contacted the court for an interim bail.
Musharraf, in his petition, had stated that his name should be removed from the ECL as he had received bails in all of his cases and wants to visit his ailing mother in Dubai.
