KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the authorities to exclude the name of Sikandar Jatoi, father of prime accused Shahrukh Jatoi in Shahzeb Murder Case, from the Exit Control List (ECL) – ARY News reports.
According to details, Sikandar Jatoi through his lawyers had filed an appeal in the SHC, stating that he had nothing to do with this murder directly, so the court should order to exclude his name from the ECL.
The divisional bench of the SHC, after listening to the arguments, accepted the plea and ordered the authorities to omit the name of Sikandar Jatoi from the ECL.
