A two-member bench of the SHC headed by the SHC Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar heard the petition against Geo Tv Network. The counsels of the petitioner, Mehfooz Yar Khan and Nisar A Mujahid took the stance that the Geo channels are airing inadequate content, during which religious traditions are also not being regarded.
