Shikarpur blast: Long march to reach CM House

A bomb tore through an Imambargah in Shikharpur, district of Sindh, on January 30 killing at least 55 people, in the deadliest attack to hit the country in nearly two years.

The blast hit the mosque in Shikarpur in Sindh province, around 470 kilometres (300 miles) north of Karachi, as hundreds of worshippers attended Friday prayers.

The march has reached Ancholi area and will soon proceed towards Numaish roundabout where hundreds and thousands of people will stage a sit-in against the Sindh government.

According to Majlis Wahdat-i-Muslimeen leader Amin Shaheedi, the marchers will besiege the Chief Minister House to get their demands accepted. The protesters have demanded arrest of the blast culprits.

Allama Nasir Abbas will soon announce next plan of action in his press conference.
