Shujaat demands radical measures for economic growth of state

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PMLQ) Head, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that the Government is spending billions of rupees on subsidy, but the inflation has made life difficult for the people. He urged the Government to call a round table conference for the economic growth of the country – ARY News reports.

The statement was made while addressing a ceremony here on Wednesday.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that inflation in the state has gone beyond the might of the Government. He demanded the Prime Minister to take radical measures for the economic development of the country.

He added that being a Muslim and for being affiliated with Muslim League, he is closely related to Quaid-eAzam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Shujaat said that Muslim League will remain there as long as the Quaid's name is alive.
