ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PMLQ) Head, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain while supporting the stance of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan, has urged for restructuring of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) – ARY News reports.
Talking to media outside the Parliament House, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that there is no doubt that a media organization spoke against military and maligned it for 8 hours, soon after the attack on Hamid Mir.
The PMLQ Chief claimed that he had asked the media entities to report responsibly on state affairs, while he was the Prime Minister for a brief period.
He declared PTI rally on May 11 as successful and stressed on reconstituting the ECP saying that Imran Khan's stance in this regard is justified.
Moreover, Shujaat demanded the authorities to issue a passport and NIC to the MQM Chief, Altaf Hussain and said that it is the right of every Pakistani citizen.
