Sindh Govt.: Rauf Siddiqui, Sagheer Ahmed sworn in as Ministers
KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has jonied the Sindh government becoming the coalition partner of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), ARY News reported.
Two MQM Ministers, Abdul Rauf Siddiqui and Dr. Sagheer Ahmed took oath on Tuesday at Governor House, administered by Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad.
On this occasion, it was also announced that Muhammad Adil Siddiqui and Faisal Sabzwari have been appointed as Advisors to the Sindh Chief Minister, and Abdul Haseeb Khan as his Special Assistant, who were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that the PPP-MQM allaince formed due to the wisdom of Asif Ali Zardari and Altaf Hussain.
MQM Deputy Convernor Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said it was a difficult decsicion and for the sake of peace and prosperity MQM formed coalition.
