KARACHI: Renowned Pakistani musician Arshad Mehmood was robbed shortly after reaching Karachi on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
According to details, Arshad Mehmood and his family members robbed as their vehicle reached Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block-12 from Karachi airport.
Mehmood and his family members were deprived off cash and other valuables.
The robbers, who were on motorcycles, managed to escape from the scene after committing crime.
Arshad Mehmood, one of the finest singers of Pakistan, had won the Nigar Award for Best Playback Singer twice in 1992 in 1996.
