Siraj, Kaira approach Imran Khan for talks to end deadlock

ISLAMABAD: Ameer of Jamat e Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader, Qamar Zaman Kaira have arrived at the container of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief, Imran Khan, to pave ways for ending deadlock with the government, ARY News reported.

According to details, both the leaders have arrived at the venue of PTI sit-in and a meeting is underway with the PTI chief, Imran Khan.

Earlier while talking to media, Sirajul Haq had expressed his contentment over government’s move of admitting the demands of the protesting people. He referred to it as the success of the participants of long marches.

The JI chief praised both the sides for remaining peaceful, despite the fact that the sit-ins were continued for several days.

Siraj further said the demands which are pending between Imran Khan, Dr Tahirul Qadri and the government, should be resolved in the light of the constitution.

On the other hand, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that Imran and Dr Qadri have emerged as conquerors after the acknowledgement of their demands.

The PPP leader termed it a true democratic attitude that marches of both the leaders, reached their destination in a peaceful manner.
