SWABI: Three sisters were reported to be drowned on Friday as a tourist boat overturned in Swabi’s Kundal Dam.
According to police, a boat carrying 38 passengers was capsized a day earlier and 35 people were rescued after the incident. However, the bodies of three girls, who are said to be sisters, were fished out today.
The search operation to recover bodies of missing girls was launched last night.
Last month, at least six people were drowned after a ferry capsized in Indus River near Sindh’s Matiari district.
