GUJRANWALA: Six people including two children and three women were injured when a swing collapsed during a Spring Festival at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park here in Gujranwala, ARY News reports on Saturday.
A stampede erupted after the swing collapsed while women and children started screaming. The Park administration was nowhere to be seen during the chaotic moment.
Rescue 1122 teams arrived at the spot and shifted one woman and a child to Civil Hospital whereas the four others were given first aid treatment.
District administration has started the investigation of the incident.
