QUETTA: At least six security personnel were killed in armed men attack in Khuzdar, ARY News reported Sunday.
Assistant commissioner Wadh confirmed deaths of six security personnel.
According to initial reports, armed terrorists attacked the levies checkpost in Tehsil Wadh of Khuzdar and gunned down six levies personnel deployed at the check-post.
Interior Ministry Balochistan also confirmed the incident and deaths of security officials.
Report has been sought from the deputy commissioner about the incident. According to ARY News correspondent in Khuzdar, the interior minister had recently spoken that law and order was improving in Khzudar, however the latest incident reveal the hollow security measures.
