GUJRAT: A major terror plot was foiled as six terrorists affiliated to an outlawed group were arrested in a targeted operation in Gujrat on Friday (today), ARY News reports.
According to DPO Gujrat, the six arrested terrorist were planning to carry out an attack at University of Gujrat. Large number of ammunitions was also recovered during the operation.
The terrorists were identified as Afzal, Zakariya, Abrar, Anwar, Asif and Shoaib. It is further said that they had also carried out targeted attacks for spreading fear and tension.
