Skipper sets 5 conditions for peace talks with Taliban

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has presented his 5 conditions regarding talks with Taliban – ARY News reports on Thursday.

According to details, the PTI Chairman seems to be happy with Government's decision of holding a dialogue with Taliban, yet together he announced 5 conditions for holding meaningful negotiations with the banned outfit.

Imran said that the announcement of talks is welcomed, but the dialogue should be held remaining under the Constitution.

He then demanded both the sides for a cease fire and said that talks should be held transparently and openly, so that people could know advancements in the process.

Fearing of another drone attack like the past, the PTI Chief demanded the Prime Minister to ask the United States for refraining from any spy attack to sabotage the peace process.

Moreover, the skipper demanded the Government to determine a time frame for negotiations, so that desired and timely results could be yielded.
