Pakistan has a couple of interesting movie projects lined up for release, which will definitely enthrall and promote our local film industry. One such upcoming film titled Dekh Magar Pyar Se is also being anxiously awaited and will feature tracks from Pakistani band Soch.

Soch has been making headlines everywhere, since their hit song Awari for Bollywood film Ek Villain became popular with fans in India as well as Pakistan. For their hit song Awari, Soch were nominated for the auspicious IIFA awards. The IIFA nomination will be the fourth for the band, after being nominated at Brittania Filmfare Awards, GIMA Awards and Life OK Screen Awards.

Film-producer & Director Ali Murtaza & Asad Ul Haq of Shiny Toy Guns (which are involved in releasing Dekh Magar Pyar Se) stated, “The IIFA nomination for Best Music Direction is a great milestone for the super talented Soch and another feather in the band’s already well-feathered cap! It is also a testament of the potential and talent we have in Pakistan. We had the pleasure of working with Soch on the OST of our debut motion picture Dekh Magar Pyaar Say and can testify to the dynamic talent and versatility of the group. Not only did they understand the aural aesthetics that we had envisioned for the film’s soundtrack but their contribution have truly buoyed the overall cinematic appeal of Dekh Magar Pyaar Say, which moviegoers will get to experience come August 2015. We wish Soch the very best with the nomination and hope they win the IIFA Award!”

Dekh Magar Pyar Se will feature Sikander Rizvi, grandson of the famed late pop singer Noor Jehan. Casted alongside Rizvi will be the talented Humaima Malick. With a promising debutante, a renowned actress and a melodious musical band all on board for Dekh Magar Pyar Se, there remains no doubt the film is going to be a promising one!
