Special Assistant to US President lauds Pakistan’s role for regional security

RAWALPINDI: Special Assistant to the US President for National Security Affairs Dr. Peter Lavoy on Thursday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, ARY News reported.

The meeting was held at GHQ, Rawalpindi, during which the two figures held an exchange of views on regional security and mutual interest affairs.

“The visiting dignitaries appreciated the successes of operation Zarb-e-Azb and Pakistan’s role for regional security,” said the ISPR.
