ISLAMABAD: Special Court headed by Justice Faisal Arab heard Article-6 proceedings against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf on Friday, ARY News reports. 

The government counsel, Tariq Hassan Advocate, responding to the arguments of the defence over the appointment of the prosecutor, argued that the prosecutor of the case has been appointed lawfully. He denied prejudice on the part of the chief prosecutor against anyone adding that transparency being observed in the case proceedings.

He also argued that the court should not entertain the pleas impeding the hearing.

Rana Ijaz finds way to courtroom after Apology

Musharraf's lawyer Rana Ijaz at last found his way to the courtroom after he tendered apology in written to the bench over his inappropriate behaviour during the case proceedings and Justice Faisal Arab allowed him entry in the courtroom. 

Rana Ijaz was banned from entering in the courtroom after his outbursts and inappropriate remarks against learned judges during the case proceedings.
