ISLAMABAD: Special Court hearing treason charges against former president Pervez Musharraf on Friday rejected the defence lawyers objections, ARY News reported.
The former military ruler's legal team had filed three petitions challenging the appointment of the head of the prosecution team, the establishment and jurisdiction of the special court and accusing judges of bias against Pervez Musharraf.
The verdict on the pleas had been reserved on Feb 18.
The court dismissed Musharraf's lawyers' objections.
The judges have set March 11 as the date to indict the former president, who has been ordered to appear in person to hear the charges against him.
