ISLAMABAD: Special court comprising of three high court judges will resume treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf today, ARY News reports.
The venue of the hearing has been transferred from the National Library to Federal Sharia Court (FSC) Room number six.
The bench headed by Justice Faisal Arab will resume the hearing. Justice Tahira Safdar and Justice Yawar Ali Khan are other two members of the bench.
Pervez Musharraf was indicted in the last hearing of the case, held on March 31st. The court had framed five charges of the violation of the constitution against the former military ruler, who denied all charges.
The special court had conducted hearing of the case for three months till the indictment at the National Library. The ministry of law after the indictment in a notification transferred the venue of the hearing to the FSC.
