ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Saturday that the actual plaintiff in treason trial against Musharraf are the state of Pakistan and the constitution, ARY News reports.
He said it is for the court to decide whether the action of November 3 comes in the purview of the Article-6 of the Constitution.
In an interview‚ Sharif said that if everyone is equal before the law then everyone should be held accountable.
Prime Minister Sharif said it has to be decided by the court if Musharraf has been innocent or not.
