ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has sent the summary of proposed increase in petroleum product prices to the Ministry of Petroleum, ARY News reported Friday.
Summary states that current petroleum prices could be retained by slashing levy on petroleum.
Under the summary, increase of Rs 1.30 ion petrol prices is proposed, followed by Rs 1.81 in High Speed Diesel, Rs 0.80 Light Speed Diesel, Kerosene Oil 0.62 paisa and Rs 2.62 in High Octane Diesel.
The approval of the petroleum ministry is awaited for hike in proposed petroleum product prices.
