I am a supporter of military courts, says Musharraf
“Pakistan is in desperate need of constitutional amendments”, said Musharraf.
Expressing his views during a ceremony organized by Maulana Tanvir-ul-Haq Thanvi at Creek Club, Karachi today, former president said Pakistan is in need of a strong government capable of taking bold decisions as current leadership of the country lack decision power.
Speaking about unrest in Karachi, Pervez Musharraf alleged India for inciting sectarian violence in megapolis.
He backed formation of military courts adding although the constitutional amendment has been made for military courts but still restrictions are being made in its working.
Pervez Mushrraf termed trying him under Article six as a ‘joke’.
” I am a patriotic person, who had served the nation”, said Musharraf.
