The proceedings of the Zain murder case continued on Wednesday in which Kanju’s lawyer informed the court that no witnesses identified his clients and pleaded the court to free the suspects.
The court, after listening to the arguments, ordered Mustafa Kanju and his bodyguards’ release.
It should be noted that Mustafa Kanju, son of federal minister Siddique Kanju, was accused of killing a youngster named Zain.
All the complainants had earlier retracted from their statements.
