ABBOTTABAD: After a brief halt in Mashal Khan lynching case proceedings, the arrested suspects are going to be finally indicted on September 19 (Tuesday), sources said.  As many as 57 suspects including four absconders will be indicted on murder charges of a journalism student at Abdul Wali Khan University (AWKU) in Mardan city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). Supreme Court hears Mashal Khan lynching case

ISLAMABAD: Additional Advocate General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during suo moto hearing of Mashal Khan lynching case on Wednesday, informed the Supreme Court that 53 suspects of the crime have been arrested. PESHAWAR: Police on Sunday arrested an employee of Abdul Wali Khan University in connection with the murder of Mashal Khan who was attacked by a vigilante mob after being accused of blasphemy earlier this month.
