UAE postpones Da Vinci unveiling at Louvre Abu Dhabi

DUBAI: The UAE said on Monday it had postponed the unveiling of the Louvre Abu Dhabi's most prized acquisition -- a painting attributed to Leonardo da Vinci, bought for a record $450 million. The painting, which was bought last year, had been due to be unveiled on September 18. ABU DHABI/ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has sent its three-member team to Abu Dhabi to take into custody former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz as they touch down the airport. DUBAI: At least 20 people were injured when around 44 vehicles collided on Abu Dhabi road causing gridlock for hours. JAKARTA: Indonesian police on Sunday detained the suspected mother of a new-born baby who was found dead in a aircraft toilet at Jakarta's international Airport.
