PIA aircraft crash-lands due to technical fault

LAHORE: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight en route to Delhi had an emergency landing at Allama Iqbal International Airport on Wednesday - ARY News reports. An emergency alarm sounded as the PIA flight PK-270 took off for Delhi from Lahore. The pilot landed the aircraft on the runaway. All the 78 passengers on the plane remained unscathed during the landing. According to PIA spokesman, the plane successfully departed for Delhi at 5:35pm PST after the technical fault was fixed by the PIA engineers.
