NEW DELHI: India's top court ruled on Friday that terminally ill patients have the right to refuse care, approving the use of "living wills" to set out how they want to be treated. ISLAMABAD: Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has allowed patients to import the medicines that are not available locally for personal use. Qatar allows full ownership for foreign investors

Qatar has approved legislation allowing 100-percent ownership for foreign investors in most sectors of the economy in a bid to boost non-energy revenues, the government said on Thursday.
