LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has formed a cell in its home-turf Lahore to record complaints in connection to pre-poll and polling-day 'rigging'. The formulation of the cell was directed by convicted party quaid Nawaz Sharif after a few candidates contacted him with a complaint about alleged pre-polling rigging in some constituencies.
