Pope Francis announced Sunday that he will hold a meeting of the Church's top council to appoint 14 new cardinals next month, including from Iraq, Pakistan, Madagascar and Japan. ISLAMABAD: The spokesman of Finance Division here on Thursday strongly rebutted print and electronic media reports regarding appointment of CEO of Bank Alfalah Atif Bajwa as governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
