LAHORE: Dolphin Force on Monday arrested a man for pretending to be beggar and seeking alms, ARY News reported. Actor Asad Malik detained for carrying deadly weapon at airport

LAHORE: The Airport Security Force (ASF) have taken famed TV actor Asad Malik in their custody on Monday from the Lahore airport for carrying automated weapon, ARY News reported. Over 500 corrupt people arrested during last one year: chairman NAB

ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Javed Iqbal on Sunday said that the NAB apprehended 503 corrupt people during last one year to recover looted money and to bring them to justice. In a statement, he said during 2018 the Bureau received 44,315 complaints, authorised 1,713 complaint verifications, held 877 inquiries and 227 investigations and recovered Rs2508 million from corrupt elements. COLOMBO: A couple from Pakistan was arrested at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Sri Lanka after the law enforcers caught them smuggling 'heroin capsules' hiding in their stomach. 16 Indian fishermen arrested for illegally fishing in Pakistan’s waters

KARACHI: The Pakistani authorities have detained 16 Indian fishermen for alleged violation of the territorial waters, according to reports. The Maritime Security Agency (MSA), cited by the Indian media, said that three boats of the fishermen were also seized during the operation in open sea for violating the Pakistan's coastal territory. NEW DELHI: An Indian bishop accused by a nun of raping her was arrested on Friday, in a high-profile abuse case that had triggered angry protests by clergy over police inaction, Press Trust of India reported.
