PIA Chairman Azam Saigol resigns over ‘personal reasons’
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Chairman Azam Saigol has resigned from his post over what PIA spokesperson described as "personal reasons".
Saigol, who was facing a lot of criticism after a press conference he did following the December 7 crash of a PIA jet which killed 47 people including famous religious personality Junaid Jamshed, has his resignation accepted by Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif.
