Senate Chairman proposes increased cooperation with Azerbaijan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani on Thursday arrived on a official visit to Baku to attend centenary celebrations of the Azerbaijani parliament. PM conferred honorary doctorate in Azerbaijan

BAKU: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been conferred with Honorary Doctorate degree at the Baku State University in Azerbaijan. The degree was presented by rector of Baku State University Abel Maharramovc at a ceremony held at the university. PIA to designate aircraft for PM’s three day visit to Azerbaijan

ISLAMABAD: The government has instructed the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) for a specially designated aircraft for the upcoming official visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to Azerbaijan from 13-15th October. For this purpose an Airbus A-320 has been designated to fly from Islamabad to Baku, and the engineering wing of the PIA has also been instructed to designate it a VIP flight.
