ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned the acting Chairman PEMRA, Pervez Rathore in the PEMRA Case and ordered him to present the details of all the decisions including the one imposing a ban on ARY News - ARY News reports. KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued a stay order against Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority's (PEMRA) fifteen days ban on ARY News, ARY News reports on Tuesday.
