Lawyers continue strike for establishment of LHC bench in Faisalabad

SARGODHA: The strike of Sargodha district bar's lawyers on Thursday entered into its second day demanding establishment of a Lahore High Court (LHC) bench in Faisalabad to ensure speedy and cheaper justice to the residents of the region. ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday constituted a two members bench for hearing the case of torture on a young housemaid by a sitting judge's family, ARY News reported.
