Hit-and-run case: Split judgment given in Achakzai’s bail plea

QUETTA: The divisional bench of Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday was failed to reach on a unanimous decision on a bail plea filed by Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Majeed Achakzai in the hit-and-run case, ARY News reported.
