Afghan president assures border security enhancement for elections in Pakistan

RAWALPINDI: Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Monday called Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and assured for enhanced border security measures on Afghan side as assistance to the Pakistan security forces during the election period in Pakistan. Pakistan, Iran agree to to enhance border security

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Iran have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to improve border security. The MoU was signed during the 21st two-day meeting of Pak-Iran Joint Border Commission in Gwadar.
