KARACHI: The Supreme Court on Saturday directed the authorities concerned to put the names of Shahrukh Jatoi and other suspects in Shahzeb Khan murder case on the ECL. A three-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib, gave this direction while hearing the appeals assailing the verdict that led to the release of key suspect Shahrukh Jatoi and other convicts on bail at Karachi registry. CJP orders transfer of Shahzeb Khan murder case to Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar on Saturday ordered to transfer the appeal of the Shahzeb Khan murder case to Islamabad.  The chief justice summoned the case file over the appeal which was submitted by the civil society. He also directed the Supreme Court's registrar to set a date for the hearing of the appeal at its earliest.
