SAN DIEGO, Calif: Singaporean graphic novelist Sonny Liew dominated the comic industry's equivalent of the Oscars, scooping three Eisner Awards for "The Art of Charlie Chan Hock Chye" - a wry alternate history of tightly-controlled Singapore.
