RAWALPINDI: A Pakistani construction engineer has been kidnapped in Afghanistan since the past two months, ARY News reported. ISLAMABAD: The federal government has approved construction of two expressways to connect Malakand division with China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
