He said it was not just a matter of Nishwa, two other children had also lost their lives.
Negligence of doctors was also a major factor that led to death of nine-month-old Nishwa, said the minister.
Darul Sehat hospital management also interfered in police investigation.
Talking to journalists, Syed Murad Ali Shah said," I have directed Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho to seal Darul Sehat Hospital."
The case of Nishwa came into light on April 14, when she was administered a wrong injection by the staff of Darul Sehat Hospital
