ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday dismissed defamation case filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari against Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, ARY News reported.
