In a weather forecast, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said that a westerly weather system has entered in the country on Sunday(night) and likely to persist till Wednesday.
Citizens of Karachi reported and recorded several police officials who stepped in to help the citizens in the trying time.
The dust storm also claimed a tree each at Karachi Press Club, Supreme Court Registry, Sindh High Court compound and the Arts Council, reports said.
According to the police, the shed of the school collapsed due to intense dust storm in the city.

A shallow westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country, according to the weather report. Another westerly wave is likely to approach western parts of Balochistan on Sunday
