ISLAMABAD: A two-day Envoys Conference on Economic Diplomacy will begin in Islamabad today (Thursday) to attract foreign investment.    Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with Ministry of Commerce and Board of Investment is hosting the conference from Dec 27-28.
