LAHORE: Imprisoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi was transferred from Attock jail to Kot Lakhpat prison in Lahore on Thursday. Inspector General (IG) Punjab Police Shahid Baig has said that Abbasi has been shifted due to his worsening health and a lack of adequate hospital facility in Attock for his treatment. RAWALPINDI: In a fresh blow to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), an anti-narcotics court on Saturday awarded party leader Hanif Abbasi life imprisonment in the ephedrine quota case on Saturday night, ARY News reported.
