NEW YORK: Retail US gasoline prices rose 2.8 percent from Friday to Saturday as refineries warned customers about fuel-supply shortages caused by Hurricane Harvey. Singapore: Pakistan State Oil Company is seeking 410,000 tonnes of jet fuel and gasoline for delivery over December to February, two separate tender documents showed on Monday. The company is seeking 10,000 tonnes of jet fuel for delivery over Dec. 20, 2013 to Jan. 31, 2014.
