ISLAMABAD: Former army chief General (Retd) Raheel Sharif was made chief of 39-nation Islamic military coalition formed to combat terrorism, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif confirmed on Friday. The headquarters of the Saudi-led coalition would be based in Riyadh, the capital and most populous city of Saudi Arabia.
