GILGIT: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed building of Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly in Gilgit. The state of the art assembly building has been completed at a cost of Rs910 million. LAHORE: The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) in a statement on Tuesday praised the conduct of peaceful and largely orderly polls for the Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly (GBLA) and observed that other regions of Pakistan could do well to emulate the example of GB polls held on Monday.
